Founded by CA Amit Bajoria, Unlisted BBSR (Brand of B AND B STRUCTURAL RELATION LLP) focuses on enabling informed and compliant participation in the unlisted and pre-IPO equity space. With a Chartered Accountant’s background, we bring to this domain the discipline of regulation, documentation, valuation and investor protection – critical when transactions are high-value and largely relationship-driven.

Amit is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over two decades of experience in investments and capital markets. Having worked closely with wealth managers, early investors and HNIs, he brings an operator-level understanding of governance and documentation — not just market access.

His belief is that private market participation must be backed by professional discipline, more so because these markets function without the visibility and safeguards of listed exchanges. Every transaction executed through his desk is designed to withstand scrutiny and traceability at a later date if required.
